Dental Fees

This payment policy outlines the payment terms and conditions for the dental plan offered by Hungarian Dentacare (London Dental Implant.) Our goal is to provide clear guidelines to ensure transparency and convenience for our patients.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

– Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard

– Cash

– Bank Transfer

Dental Insurance

We are happy to assist in completing dental insurance forms to provide information on your proposed or completed dental treatment. You must pay us for your treatment and claim monies back from your dental insurance provider. Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage.

Payment Schedule

Initial Payment: A deposit which is outlined in your individual treatment plan is required at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Dental examination, hygiene treatment (including airflow) and emergency appointments are payable upon booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your treatment is payable prior to treatment commencing and no restorations will be fitted without prior payment.

Interest Free Finance

This payment option must be agreed and the first installment paid prior to starting your dental treatment. Finance options are offered via Tabeo; London Dental Implant

Late Payments

Payments not received within 14 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5%

Accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days may be sent to a debt collector and are likely to incur an additional fee. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid your deposit being forfeited.

Rescheduling of surgical procedures including bonegraft, sinus lift and dental implants must be advised no later than 7 days before the appointment is due and failure to provide the required cancellation period will result in the deposit being forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify this payment policy.

If you do not keep up with your payments as per your treatment plan, then treatment will be discontinued.

If your payment plan is not met we reserve the right to discontinue your treatment until payment has been made.
